Steel Span warehouses can be anything from 8-50 metres clear span width. Larger spans can also be accommodated if required.
There is also plenty of room for racking with eaves measuring up to 8 metres high with unlimited length, due to the modularity of the elements. The roof design can be pitched or multi-hipped to create additional capacity at height above the eaves.
Logistics warehouses
Tensioned fabric over a steel frame is a highly affordable building method that achieve long-lasting, large capacity warehouses. Not only are savings made during the initial build project, but the practical design is engineered to reduce running costs and extend lifetime value. With natural daylight allowed through the translucent PVC fabric membrane, it facilitates a better working environment in addition to the energy savings from reduced artificial lighting. Logistics warehouses used to store parcels and shipped goods may be required to respond to fluctuations in demand for products, therefore the ability to install the buildings quickly without the need for foundations, and relocate them if necessary presents a clear advantage over non-relocatable steel structures and brick buildings.
